M 256 Stacking unit for flexible parts

By means of a servo-electric portal axis, which has an integrated vacuum sucker bar, the cut material is taken from the transport and stamping belts and put into a stacking cart. The stacking cart is also set to the appropriate stacking height using a servo-electric portal axis. When the required stacking height (quantity), which has been registered in the control unit beforehand, has been reached, the stacking cart travels down to ground level and is removed by the operator (optical or acoustic signal). While this cart is being dealt with, a second cart can be used for the stacker so that the machine can work continuously.
