HOW THE MACHINE WORKS

The partially completed mops are taken automatically by a two-pronged needle gripper from a storage unit and transferred to the sewing-machine.
The storage unit is filled up manually but the change-over between the three compartments is automatic.

Trimmings, which are endless rather than cut pieces, are taken directly to the sewing-machine by means of a transport and cutting unit. The sewing and the 90° turn at the corners are effected fully automatically.

Following the sewing process, the mop with its edging complete is transported out of the sewing area by a removal device and dropped into a stacking cart.

Im Anschluss an den Nähvorgang, wird der umnähte Mopp über eine Abzugsvorrichtung aus der Anlage transportiert und über einem Stapelwagen abgeworfen.
